My approach is client-centered and collaborative: Working in partnership, I will help you discover your own innate healing intelligence to decrease the impact of mood symptoms, trauma or other stressors as you move toward optimal well-being. I provide non-judgmental and compassionate support as you explore your inner landscape, discover patterns of thinking and behaving that are rooted in the past and are no longer of service to you, build healthier relationships with self and others, address uncomfortable mood and/or trauma symptoms, become more embodied, and experience post-traumatic growth.
